Countryman Coatings offers a 30-day return policy on eligible products. We want our customers to shop confidently while ensuring returned products meet our quality and safety standards.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

  • All buckets must have their original factory safety seals fully intact.

  • Products with broken seals, opened containers, or signs of use are not eligible for return.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as customers are responsible for ensuring returned products arrive safely.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Restocking Fees

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned products sold in containers of 5 gallons or larger.

This fee is calculated based on the original purchase price of the returned products and deducted from the refund.

Products sold in containers smaller than 5 gallons are not subject to a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Countryman Coatings promptly so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Customers will not be charged return shipping or restocking fees for products confirmed to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or shipped incorrectly.

Include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

Please do not ship products back without first contacting us for return instructions.
